Summer Camp 2012
Woo-hoo! Another
year and we are READY for Summer Camp!
New, fun & original
musicals this year!
What’s New?
Brittany Peltier is
our Director of FUN! Joining her is
Peggy Deming Bills who comes with many years of theatre and musical theatre
experience, set design, costumes and more!
Brittany and Peggy have worked together for many years and will bring
creativity, laughter, song and dance to this year’s camp. Brianne Costa and Alyssa Jensen are on board
as assistants.
How does it work?
Campers can come as
early as 8:30 AM and enjoy a light breakfast. We provide bagels and/or muffins,
cream cheese, fruit, juice and fresh water.
Camp begins at 9:00 with games,
songs and activities to break the ice and allow everyone to get to know each
other. All activities are designed to
build confidence and self-esteem. In one
week, campers will get to cast, block and perform a musical on Friday for parents,
family & friends. It’s amazing what
they learn in just 5 days! Campers are
given tote bags for their scripts and personal effects as well as a journal for
notes and names and address of friends they have met in camp!
What about lunch?
Campers can bring
their lunch and we do have refrigerators on site. The local diner next door provides a kid-friendly
menu where the campers can get healthy foods like a fresh turkey sandwich, or
hamburgers/cheeseburgers, fries, pancakes, grilled cheese or chicken fingers
and a drink for $5.00
Snacks?
We have snacks,
juice, and water that is available throughout the day. Bathroom facilities are on-site.
If you child has any
food allergies, we need to know at time of enrollment.
After Care?
We do have after-hour
care available for those that need it.
Camp ends at 3:00 Monday through Thursday, and after care is available
until 5:00 for $15 per day.
